How to update 2-Factor Authentication (2FA) device or app

If you wish to change your mobile device or authenticator app used for 2FA, you may do so by following these steps:

Step 1: Go to the drop down top right hand corner which contains your name

Step 2: Click on “My Account”

Step 3: Then choose the "Security Settings" tab

Step 4: Click "Set up 2FA"

Step 5: When a new page appears, click on the trash icon to delete your previous setup.

Step 6: Set up using your new device or authenticator app. Instructions will be shown on the screen.
