Troubleshooting One-Time Password (OTP) Issues

If you're having trouble with the OTP sent to your email or phone, try the steps below:

Common issues

  1. Expired OTP
OTPs are valid for a limited time. If it’s been more than a few minutes, request a new one.
  2. Incorrect OTP
Double-check the latest OTP you received and ensure there are no extra spaces or typos when entering it.
  3. Device or email delay
If you're not receiving the OTP:
  • Check your spam/junk folder

  • Ensure your phone/email has an active internet connection

If the problem persists, submit a support request.

Troubleshooting Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)

If you can’t complete the login using your authenticator app, try the steps below.

Common issues

  1. Time not in sync
Make sure your phone’s time is set to automatic. Unsynced clocks may cause invalid OTPs.

  2. Error 404 or page not loading
This is often temporary. Wait a few minutes or try refreshing the page.

  3. Browser issues
    Try the following:
  • Use an incognito/private window

  • Clear cookies and cache

  • Switch from mobile to desktop browser

  • Restart your device

Still having issues?

You may request a 2FA reset, especially if you’ve lost access to your authenticator app.

For other errors, please submit a support request with a screenshot or video recording of the issue.
