Modified on Tue, 26 Aug at 8:00 AM

To comply with the Travel Rule, all users must provide details of the originating party when sending and receiving virtual assets from an originating institution. Simply follow these steps:

  1. From your StraitsX dashboard, select Transaction History > Action Needed, choose the pending deposit, and on the right side, click Receive Deposit
