Transfers to and from non-custodial wallets are limited to first-party only, hence you are required to only receive or send virtual assets from and to non-custodial wallets that are owned and controlled by you. You are required to whitelist the non-custodial wallets if it is the intent to use the non-custodial wallet for receipt and withdrawal of virtual assets.
