Whitelisting Requirement

To withdraw XSGD from StraitsX via blockchain transfer, the recipient address must be whitelisted before any transfer.

Non-Custodial Wallets (e.g., MetaMask, Ledger):

  • Users can transfer up to 50 XSGD after submitting a whitelisting request.
  • The withdrawal limit is lifted once a small amount of XSGD is deposited back into the StraitsX account.

Custodial Exchange Wallets (e.g., Coinut, Tokenize Xchange):

  • The address must be fully approved before any withdrawal can occur.
  • Approval generally takes 1 business day.

For more information about whitelisting requests, please refer to this article: How do I submit a whitelisting request for my personal account?

Block Confirmation Requirements by Network

The processing time for blockchain transfers depends on a few key factors:

  • Block creation speed (how quickly new blocks are generated)

  • Network activity (how congested the network is)

  • Number of required confirmations (how many blocks must be added after your transaction)

Generally, more confirmations mean higher security, but they may also result in a longer wait time.

Below are the required block confirmations by network:

Polygon10 blocks
Zilliqa3 blocks
Avalanche C-Chain (AVAX)6 blocks
