XUSD can be transferred to either a personal wallet (non-custodial address) or a supported Singapore-registered digital asset platform (custodial address).
Pre-requisites
Before initiating an inbound XUSD transfer, ensure the following conditions are met:
- The blockchain address has been whitelisted on the StraitsX account (How to whitelist a blockchain address)
- The blockchain address and network selected for receiving XUSD funds are correct.
Note: Due to the nature of blockchain transactions, transfers are irreversible. An incorrect or invalid address will result in the permanent loss of funds.
Step-by-step instructions (Blockchain Method)
To transfer XUSD to your StraitsX account, proceed with the following steps:
- From your Home page, select "Transfer In".
- Choose "XUSD" as the asset.
- Select "Blockchain Transfer" as the transfer method.
- Select a blockchain network, and click on the "Transfer In" button.
- Transfer In instructions will be displayed. Initiate transactions from your external wallets or digital asset platforms to the provided StraitsX blockchain deposit address.
- Once the transaction is confirmed on-chain, your account will be credited.
Required Block Confirmations
We will credit your account once the transaction is confirmed on-chain. The number of confirmations required depends on the network:
Network | Required Confirmations |
Ethereum | 6 blocks |
BNB Smart Chain | 6 blocks |
Important Reminders
Only transfer funds from wallets under your own control.
Ensure that you are sending from the correct network selected during the Transfer In process.
Do not send funds from unsupported blockchain networks or from custodial platforms that are not officially supported. Doing so may result in a permanent loss of funds.
