You can transfer XUSD to either a personal address (non-custodial address) or any supported Singapore-registered digital asset platform (custodial address).
Before initiating an outbound XUSD transfer, please ensure:
- You have whitelisted your blockchain address on your StraitsX account.
- Your blockchain address and network for receiving the XUSD funds are correct. Due to the nature of the blockchain, once your outbound transfer is initiated, it cannot be reversed. If your blockchain address is wrong or invalid, your XUSD cannot be retrieved.
Steps:
From your Home page, select "Transfer Out".
Choose "XUSD" as the asset.
Select "Blockchain Transfer" as the transfer method.
Select a whitelisted blockchain address which you would like to transfer to.
Enter the amount you wish to transfer and click "Next" to confirm the transaction details.
Once your request has been submitted, the transfer will be processed. Depending on the network selected, it may take up to 1 business day to complete the transfer.
