Accounts that go through a prolonged period of inactivity are considered "dormant."
Under a dormant status, your account's ability to initiate transactions is disabled. If there's any remaining balance, you will be required to go through a reactivation procedure to gain access to these funds.
To reactivate a dormant account, click the "Reverify Account" button on the banner shown on your dashboard and follow the rest of the instructions. Once our team has processed your details, you will receive a notification whether it is completed or more details are needed.
