Account and ID details

If your account is still under review, your submitted details can be corrected during the verification process. Once your account has been verified, changes to your name, ID number, or nationality must be requested by contacting our team here.

Note: Some fields, such as NRIC/FIN or full name, may only be changed under exceptional circumstances. Additional documents may be required.

Email address and phone number

If you need to update your email address or phone number, please submit a support request.
To protect your account, we’ll verify that the request is made by the rightful account owner before proceeding.

Why is this not self-service?
Because your email and phone number are used for account security and 2FA, any updates must go through a manual verification process.
