My StraitsX Swap failed. What should I do?

  • Rate expired: The quoted exchange rate expired after 5 minutes.
  • Swap limit reached: You’ve exceeded your daily or per-transaction swap limit.
  • System issue or maintenance: Temporary platform issues may disrupt the process.


Troubleshooting Steps

  1. Check your balance
    Make sure your “From” currency has sufficient available balance.
  2. Try again
    Retry the swap using the latest exchange rate.
  3. Review swap limits
    Ensure the swap amount is within your allowed limits.
  4. Check system status
    Look for maintenance or platform updates in your dashboard notifications.
  5. Still having issues?
    Submit a support request with:
    • Swap date and time
    • Swap amount and currencies
    • Any error message received



Note: Do not attempt repeated swaps without reviewing your balance and limits first, as this may trigger further delays or errors.
