How do I complete my StraitsX Business Account verification?

Business Account verification is managed directly by our Sales Team. If you're seeing the message “Please reach out to your sales manager to complete your business verification” on your dashboard, it means your account setup is still pending final verification.


Please get in touch with your assigned StraitsX Sales Manager to proceed with the verification. They will help you with the remaining steps and let you know if any documents are needed.
