Who needs to take the Customer Knowledge Assessment (CKA) and by when does it need to be completed?

All individual (personal) users of the StraitsX platform—both new and existing—must complete the CKA to access the full features of their account.

You must complete and pass the assessment before 19 June 2025 to avoid any restrictions on your account.
