What can I expect to happen to my transactions while it is undergoing review?

Your transactions may be blocked or suspended depending on what type, progress, and/or level of review is ongoing.


This will be best explained to you by the Customer Support Officer handling your case, if you have filed one. Otherwise, we encourage you to reach out to us to get a better understanding of the situation and the action needed from your end in order to reinstate your account to its former state.
