Why am I getting an "internal risk procedure" error when I try to do a transaction?

Modified on Tue, 26 Aug at 5:23 AM

This error appears when you try to transact while your account is undergoing an internal risk procedure, where some transactions may trigger an auto-generated system control designed to detect potential risks.

These procedures are typically cleared after approximately 48 hours. After which, any purchases that are pending will be processed automatically, and deposit and withdrawal requests will be re-enabled. The transaction process will be more seamless and no further delays should be expected on your future purchases as a result of said procedures. While we understand that this may cause some inconvenience, we hope that you bear with us and our efforts to keep StraitsX a safe platform for all our users.
