If you choose not to accept the updated StraitsX Terms and Conditions, you will unfortunately not be able to continue using the various StraitsX Services.
Please inform StraitsX of your decision before 1 November 2024 by submitting a support ticket via the StraitsX website. Once you do that, we will proceed to close down your StraitsX Accounts (including arranging for the return of any remaining balance through your preferred transfer method) and access to the various StraitsX Services.
