What will happen if I do not accept the Terms and Conditions update?

As of 1 August 2024, we are updating our Terms and Conditions due to a change of our contracting parties from Xfers Pte. Ltd. (“XPL”) to StraitsX Payment Services Pte. Ltd. (“SPSPL”).


If you choose to not accept the updated Terms and Conditions, you will unfortunately be unable to continue utilizing StraitsX services. To ensure a seamless transition, we will facilitate the termination of your account and arrange the return of any remaining balance through your preferred transfer method.
