How to Verify an International-Based Account

Step 1. Access the Verification Page.

  • Log in to your account with the email address you used upon sign-up.
  • Once logged in to your dashboard, click on the “Verify Now” button.


Step 2. Fill in your Country of Residence.


Step 3. Start Passport & Selfie upload.


  • You'll be redirected to the Jumio interface for passport and selfie verification. 
  • To verify your passport, select your country of citizenship and click “Passport” to proceed.

  • You can choose to upload your passport using your mobile device, webcam, or by selecting a file from your current device.
  • Once you have successfully uploaded your passport, continue with face verification. Just make sure your face is aligned with the oval on the screen for a complete scan.

Step 4. Fill in your expected transaction details


Step 5. Submit Proof of Address

  • Upload proof of address (bank statement, utility bills, or telco/phone bill) that was issued within the last 3 months, within the allowable size of 5 MB in JPEG/PDF formats. Please also note that documents in a foreign language have to be translated into English and submitted with a notary public seal.
  • Once you're done uploading, click the "Submit" button.


Your account verification is complete! Please note that the verification process typically takes 1 working day, but may extend to 5 working days during peak periods.
