Examples: Pornography and other obscene materials (including literature, imagery and other media), escort services, adult live chat services, pay-per-view, sexually oriented toys or products, and explicit dating websites. |
| Arms, weapons, and defense-related activities | The sale, distribution, or manufacturing of items designed to cause physical harm or intended for military/combat use. Examples: Firearms, ammunition, explosives, tactical knives, weapon blueprints (3D printing files), and military-grade defense hardware. |
| Marijuana | Any business involved in the cultivation, processing, or sale of cannabis, regardless of local legality or medicinal status. Examples: Marijuana dispensaries, delivery services, and businesses selling THC-infused products or seeds. |
| Mining and Extraction | Industries focused on the removal of raw minerals or resources from the earth, which often involve high environmental impact or complex regulatory oversight. Examples: Coal mining, oil and gas extraction, "blood diamonds" or conflict minerals, and unregulated precious metal mining. |
| Tobacco | The sale of tobacco products or nicotine-delivery systems, including those marketed as alternatives to traditional smoking. Examples: Cigarettes, cigars, chewing tobacco, e-cigarettes, vapes, and flavored e-liquids. |
