Additional T&Cs relating to Risk Warnings, Notices & Disclosures

• Clause 4.6.6 of the Risk Warnings, Notices & Disclosures T&Cs: Clarified that SPSPL is entitled to receive both rewards and entitlements accruing to the user in relation to the StraitsX Tokens and Non-StraitsX Tokens held on behalf of the user.
  
  
• Clause 4.8 of the Risk Warnings, Notices & Disclosures T&Cs: Amended the clause to clarify that StraitsX’s liability to compensate users is also subject to the StraitsX Compensation Policy.
  
  
• Clause 4.11, 4.12, 5.5 & 5.6 of the Risk Warnings, Notices & Disclosures T&Cs: Updated disclosures in the event of StraitsX’s insolvency or the Safeguarding Institution/Custodial Safeguarding Person’s insolvency.
  
  
• Clause 5.2 of the Risk Warnings, Notices & Disclosures T&Cs: Amended the clause to clarify that users are not entitled to interest or returns earned by the safeguarding of Relevant Money.
  
  
• Clause 5.3 of the Risk Warnings, Notices & Disclosures T&Cs: Added a new clause stating that users may not get all of their money back, despite it being in a separate trust account, if StraitsX cannot pay its debts. In addition, the Safeguarding Institution will not compensate the user if the funds in the trust accounts are insufficient to satisfy the user’s claim against us.
  
  
• Clause 6 of the Risk Warnings, Notices & Disclosures T&Cs: Shifted the disclosures relating to StraitsX Earn into this Additional T&Cs.
  
  
• Clause 8 of the Risk Warnings, Notices & Disclosures T&Cs: In accordance with disclosure requirements by the MAS, we have added disclosures regarding actual and potential conflicts of interest arising from StraitsX in its provision of services to users. These conflicts of interest include those arising from employee-related situations, inter-group service offerings, issuance of tokens, and providing support to Non-StraitsX Tokens. We have also outlined the safeguards implemented by StraitsX to mitigate any risks and issues arising from these potential conflicts of interest.
  
  
• Clause 9 of the Risk Warnings, Notices & Disclosures T&Cs: In accordance with disclosure requirements by the MAS, we have added disclosures regarding supported tokens, including how StraitsX evaluates, reviews, and suspends support for such tokens.
