Making a Transfer In Request

1. Sign in to your account and select “Transfer In”.

2. Click on the “Transfer In” button to generate the instructions.

3. Transfer instructions will be shown. Take note of transfer type, comment/description, and receiving (payee) bank account name and number.

4. Make a FAST transfer from your bank's mobile app or website.

• Once done, wait for a few minutes for the transfer to be credited to your balance. Do note that your balance will instantly be reflected in XSGD.

Method 1: One-time transfer

Step 1 & 2: Select Pay & Transfer on the bottom navigation bar and select “Local”.

Step 3 & 4: Select “One-time Transfer” and make a transfer to “Other Bank”.

Step 5: Key in the bank account no. provided with Xfers Pte Ltd as the recipient bank.

Step 6: Confirm and send the transfer

Method 2: Add Recipient

Step 1 & 2: Select Pay & Transfer on the bottom navigation bar and select “Add Local Recipient”

Step 3: Select transfer to "Bank Account"

Step 4: Key in the bank account no. provided with Xfers Pte Ltd as the recipient bank.

Step 5: Select your added recipient

Step 6: Confirm and send the transfer
