Additional Terms & Conditions Relating to StraitsX Accounts

Clause 6.1 to 6.2 of the StraitsX Account T&Cs: Updated the clause to clarify that payments/transfers to your StraitsX Accounts may be reversed (e.g. due to chargebacks or claims). If your balance is insufficient, a negative balance may be created, which the user must promptly restore using StraitsX E-money, Tokens, or other directed methods.
