Your account is uniquely tied to your identity card number and phone number. If you attempt to create another account using the same details, you may encounter errors or restrictions on both accounts.
If you’ve unintentionally created a duplicate account, please submit a support request and let us know which account you'd like to close. We strongly recommend using only one verified account to avoid login or verification issues.
