Making a Fiat SGD Transfer Out Request

Step 1: Click on the "Transfer Out" option from your StraitsX dashboard

Step 2: Click "XSGD" from the list of Stablecoins.

Step 3: Select the "Bank Transfer" option from the transfer methods.

Step 4: Choose the bank account you wish to redeem SGD to, and then enter the amount you wish to transfer.

Step 5: Ensure that the information provided is accurate before proceeding.

Step 6: Proceed with 2FA.

Step 7: Once your request is submitted, we will process it immediately. Most transfers are completed within minutes, but in some cases, it may take up to 90 minutes, depending on your bank’s processing speed.

Making a Fiat USD Transfer Out Request

Step 1: Click on the "Transfer Out" option from your StraitsX dashboard.

Step 2: Click "XUSD" from the list of Stablecoins.

Step 3: Select the "Bank Transfer" option from the transfer methods.

Step 4: Choose the bank account you wish to redeem USD to, and then enter the amount you wish to transfer. If you have an existing bank account used for USD transfers, you are required to verify the bank account again for USD transfers.

Step 5: Enter the amount you wish to transfer out.

Step 6: Ensure that the information provided is accurate before proceeding.

Step 7: Proceed with 2FA.

Step 8: Once your request is submitted, we will process it immediately. Bank processing times vary, but you can typically expect the funds to be credited within 2-5 business days, depending on your bank’s processing speed.
