StraitsX supports all financial institutions in Singapore that are part of the FAST network.

Adding a Bank Account

• You can add up to 5 Singapore bank accounts via the "Add Bank Account" option in your StraitsX account settings.
• The registered name on your StraitsX account must match the name on the linked bank account.

List of Supported Banks for SGD Transfers

StraitsX supports transfers from the following banks:

USD Transfers

StraitsX supports USD transfers to and from banks worldwide via the SWIFT network.

Supported Transactions

• Deposits (Transfer In): USD deposits must be made via SWIFT transfer from your personal bank account.
• Withdrawals (Transfer Out): USD withdrawals can be processed to any linked and verified bank account.

Important Notes:

Transfers from Non-Bank Financial Institutions (NBFIs) are not accepted. This includes services such as Wise, GrabPay, Razer, LiquidPay, Matchmove, and Singtel Dash.

Deposits made through NBFIs often display the third-party platform’s name instead of the actual sender. This mismatch can result in delays, rejection, or a refund, which may incur processing fees.

To avoid these issues:

• Always transfer from a bank account under your legal name
• Avoid using payment intermediaries or wallet apps
