Modified on Tue, 26 Aug at 7:52 AM

If you notice any suspicious activity on your account, whether it’s an unrecognized transaction or unexpected changes to your account settings, take immediate action to secure your account and protect your funds.

Step 1: Activate the Kill Switch

Step 2: Identify the Type of Suspicious Activity

A. Unrecognized Transactions

If you see a transaction that you did not authorize:

  • Check recent records on all your linked bank accounts for any other questionable transactions.
  • Report unauthorized transactions to your bank immediately.
  • If the transaction is confirmed fraudulent, report it to the Singapore Police Force (SPF) through their website.
  • Our Customer Support team will assist you, but ongoing investigations with SPF are beyond our jurisdiction. You will need to follow up with the assigned police officer.

B. Suspicious Account Activity

If you notice unexpected changes, such as:

  • Emails about changes to your address or two-factor authentication (2FA) settings
  • Login attempts from unknown locations or devices

Take the following actions:

  • Check your account for any unauthorized transactions and report them.
  • Change your password and update your security settings.
  • Contact our Customer Support team for further assistance.

By taking these steps promptly, you can help secure your account and prevent further unauthorized access. If you need additional assistance, please reach out to our Customer Support team.
